Ex-Big Brother Naija housemate, Uriel Oputa, has acquired her first car, a Honda vehicle.
The reality TV star posted a video of her new car on Friday on Instagram.
Uriel disclosed that she would still be needing taxi-hailing platforms as she had not learnt to drive.
“@hcsautos Thank you for everything I’m so happy you gave me the best. First car in my Life But I need Taxify still I can’t drive @bolt_nigeria,” she wrote.
In an interview earlier in the year Uriel made it known she didn’t have a car and would not be pressured into living a lie in the guise of being a celebrity.
The reality TV star who is a relative of Charly Boy, said living a fake life would never appeal to someone like her.
“I have never felt pressured to pretend to be what I’m not. I don’t even have a car. But I’m going to buy one before the year runs out,” she stated while responding to the notion.
She went on to defend some of her peers though, adding: “However, I don’t think it’s true that former BBN contestants are trying to live above their means. It is human nature to want to look good and sell our markets. If former contestants of the show say they are making money, who are we to judge them?”
