The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has presented the certificate of return to the president-elect, Muhammadu Buhari.
Mr Buhari received the certificate on Wednesday at the International Conference Centre (ICC), Abuja.
He was earlier on Wednesday declared the winner of the presidential election conducted last Saturday after seeing off challenge from fierce rival, Atiku Abubakar of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
