Former beauty queen, lawyer and writer, Helen Prest-Ajayi, is now 59 years old.
The ageless beauty, who added a year on Monday, September 16m took to social media where she shared her beautiful photos.
The effortlessly beautiful woman, who was crowned Miss Nigerian at age 19 in 1997, put her legs on display in an Instagram post to celebrate the day.
“59 feels great,” she wrote.
Asked what helps with her good looks and she responded, ‘Good looks these days are all about positive energy, healthy living and prayer. I’ve always maintained that beauty comes first and foremost from the inside. What is inside you always radiates out at the end of the day.
How can a woman remain ageless like her? What are the secrets of graceful ageing?
She said, “To remain ageless you have to be able to engage with people of all ages and backgrounds. You also have to embrace change and keep tabs on the new trends in technology. How well you adapt is always reflected in your body and mind.”
