Movie producer, Daniel Ademinokan has finally given his ex wife and actress, Doris Simeon the chance to meet her son, David after many years of separation.
In an Instagram post, where he shared photos of himself, Doris and David together in an eatery, he castigated the media telling his followers not to believe whatever they read on blogs.
He wrote: “Don’t believe everything you read on blogs. They’ve gotta stay sensational to make a dollar. It’s all good in the Hood.”
Sharing these photos, he wrote, “Spent the entire weekend buried in a studio editing but I had to come up for air for THIS.
Recall Daniel sneaked away with the child to Atlanta Georgia, United States when David was just two years old! David, who clocked 10 years on April 4, 2018, has been living with his dad, Daniel Ademinokan and his new wife, Stella Damasus in the US.
Daniel, a producer who is now legally married to Jaiye Aboderin’s widow, Stella, didn’t seem ready to hand over the lad to his mum, Doris, who is based in Nigeria.
According to Doris in an interview, the plan was shrouded in secrecy and she never knew where he took her son.
“He told me one day that he wanted to go and see his mother and took our only son with him. I didn’t suspect anything because they usually went out together. That was the last time I saw my then two-year-old son,” she said.
On the morning of his 10th year birthday weeks ago, Doris wrote on Instagram:
Wow, how time flies! Mini me, my one and only love, is 10 today. You will live long in the land of the living and in gud health, plenty wealth and rest of mind in God’s grace and mercy. Never shall you lack anything at all but remain the star of your generation ijn amen!!! I LOVE U with everything i have in this world. You will surely be greater than I, your mother. The world knows u already and u will never go down ijn. I pray for u today that as u look forward to your teenage years, and ultimately, a man on ur own, u will will be leader of leaders. I bless u today with the whole of me. MUMMY LOVES U TO BITS
