If you are surprised at this 29-year-old lady’s undying love for actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo, then imagine what must have gone through the mind of many other fans for the Warri-born veteran thespian who is a grandfather.
The star-struck fan took to Instagram and shared a letter on her love for RMD and why she has sent many suitors away!
She wrote:
“Good morning sir, please I need your help. I’m ready to submit myself to Yabaleft for evaluation. I can’t take the torment anymore. I’m 29 years old, I’m beautiful, I have a wonderful job but I’ve been single for four years now because I’m in love with this celebrity. A Nigerian actor RMD! I’ve pushed a lot of good men away because of him. In my kind I need to be single so if he sees me he may want me for second wife, I love him. I can die. Sometimes I cry and drink anointing oil for my soul. I know he is married but I love him and want him. I have a gallery of 3000 of his pictures, I’ve sent him 40 DM but he won’t reply me. Please what is wrong with me falling for a married man. I can’t think straight anymore. I just want to have dinner with him, I’ve waited for four years, I’m ready to wait for him. Please advise me. This is true love God can see my heart. In the next life he is my husband, my soul, my destiny, baba ibeji my teins. I want to make yellow eba and efo for him.” (sic)

Married to Jumobi Adegbesan, the couple has been man and wife for over 17 years.
Jumobi nee Adegbesan was a TV video vixen on Africa Independent Television (AIT) and got married to the actor when speculations were rife that the couple would not last.
Appreciating his wife when they marked their 16th wedding anniversary, RMD wrote to Jumobi:
“Jumobi to the world, Abike to me. The mother of my kids, love of my life, my rock, my shield, my baby, my woman, my everything. I want to say thank you but that’s not enough, I want to say I love you that’s still not enough, I want to say God bless you and that also seems inadequate for all you have been to me and the kids.
You have kept me grounded, loved me unconditionally, prayed with me and for me and gone without to ensure I shine. You know how when close friends and family ask “How is bros?” and you respond with “He’s there, I still haven’t killed him in his sleep yet” they laugh at the humour but I smile with admiration because I know the truth. The truth is that you have consistently tolerated me and all my excesses and for that I am extremely grateful.
I don’t know how I would have done all I have done and I’m doing without your support.
Thank you for deliberately taking a back seat to make me shine.
